Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use and proper care.

Electrical Components
Motor, wiring, switches, control modules, and charging system defects.

Structural Issues
Defects in the frame or body that affect safety or usability.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme weather conditions
  • Battery deterioration caused by improper charging, storage, or neglect

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
