6-Month Limited Warranty Coverage
Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use and proper care.
What’s Covered
Manufacturing Defects
Issues related to materials or workmanship that affect product performance.
Electrical Components
Motor, wiring, switches, control modules, and charging system defects.
Structural Issues
Defects in the frame or body that affect safety or usability.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Water damage or exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Battery deterioration caused by improper charging, storage, or neglect

For additional peace of mind, LA Toyz offers Optional Extended Warranty Plans.
Available Extended Warranty Plans
- +6 Months Extended Warranty
→ 12 months (1 year) total warranty coverage - +18 Months Extended Warranty
→ 24 months (2 years) total warranty coverage
Extended Warranty Includes
All coverage included in the standard 6-month warranty
Up to one (1) battery replacement during the extended warranty period
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue during the warranty period:

2️ Provide Proof
Submit clear photos or videos showing the problem.
3️Resolution
Depending on the issue, we may provide:
- Replacement parts
- Repair instructions
- A full product replacement (if deemed necessary)
